“Uluchay” Social-Economic Innovation Center is implemented Civic Awareness Program (CAP) with the support of National Endowment for Democracy for six years (2007-2013). During these six years program components were changing based on the needs of young people.

Program was covered many Azerbaijani regions, but specifically was implemented in Sheki. During these six years, Uluchay has provided hundreds of information and guest speaker sessions to young people, organized professional trainings on journalism and new media tools, provided technical support to initiative groups, provided small grants to youth organizations and initiative groups and also build their institutional capacity.
