“Uluchay” Social-Economic Innovation Center has implemented the Youth Economic Development Program in partnership with Eurasia Partnership Foundation and financial support of BP and its co-ventures.

The program has been implemented in Ganja-Gazakh region and Uluchay was responsible for provision of business development trainings to youth and women in selected communities of the region, as well as provision of mentoring and counselling services to start-up businesses established by project participants.
