Agriculture cooperatives in Azerbaijan: problems and perspectives paper was developed by the “Uluchay” Social-Economic Innovation Center. The Paper was developed with support from the Think-Tank Fund of Open Society Foundations.

The paper was developed as a result of public discussions and surveys conducted among 611 farmers from different regions of Azerbaijan.
