“Her Power – Her Future” is a three years project implementing by the “Uluchay” Social-Economic Innovation Center in 16 communities of Azerbaijan.

The objective of the project is to strengthen rural women’s economic security, entrepreneurship, and equitable participation in cross-border trade and business relations, enabling their enhanced participation and leadership in economic life in ways that contribute to peace and stability.

Objective 1: Empower Individuals. To support locally-led women’s economic security objectives and strengthen women’s participation in local leadership roles

Objective 2: Foster Relationships. To foster women’s business/economic relationships across regional divisions

Objective 3: Promote Leadership. To promote women’s leadership and create opportunities for women in positions of social and political influence
